FAQs
I’m a new agent and feel like I have similar values but I noticed you may be focused more on experienced agents. Would I get training and help when I needed it with The Sudbury Group?
It’s true, the high agent split we offer is geared for seasoned agents who feel comfortable on their own. If you like our values and focus, you could sit down with the Broker and discuss if this might be a good fit. Rather that a set training program, we offer personal assistance geared to the need of each Agent.
What do you mean by ‘Community Focused’?
In order to offer our clients a high level of service, we support and encourage our Agents to focus on a smaller geographic area than is customary in the industry. In this way they are able to obtain a high level of awareness on not only the properties in their area, but relevant community issues specific to the area.
Is The Sudbury Group for residential or commercial agents?
Well, really both. A good commission split is good for any type of Agent. That said, we are more focused on residential, land and multi-units at this time. In large part it depends on what you are looking for from your Broker and supporting staff.
In the video, the Broker mentions he did a lot of building and investing. Can I get coaching and support in this as well?
Yes.
So, could a brand new agent place their license with The Sudbury Group?
Short answer, yes. Long answer, let’s talk about it with the Broker to make sure we are the best fit for your success in meeting your business goals.
What costs does the company cover and what costs would I, as an Agent, need to pay?
With our standard high agent split you would be responsible for all your agent costs, such as Signs, Cards, Promo Material, Board and MLS fees, etc.
What to you discuss in the periodic workshops?
Primarily the topics are about finding, funding and participating in Real Estate Investing.
