Jan Plumb

Principal Broker

Jan has been involved in real estate development for over 45 years. While finishing his MBA in Real Estate at National University, he started developing custom homes as a general contractor and real estate broker throughout San Diego County. In 1994, he moved to Salt Lake County and continued to develop high-end custom homes throughout Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Summit County. Jan also established a real estate brokerage, Plumb Properties Realty, and at times had 15 to 20 agents. He is now engaged as the principal broker for The Sudbury Group, where he helps agents learn how to become successful at selling real estate as area specialist.
Jan also completed a MS degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2008 and holds an active clinical therapist license where he works part time helping people struggling with mental health issues. Plus, a few years ago, he worked as a training coach, traveling the country, facilitating 3-day seminars on how to invest in real estate through purchasing fix and flips and rental properties. He is truly an expert in his field.
